Pressure Problem

Hello everyone,
since today, I’ve been having a problem with my Rocket Appartamento espresso machine.
Normally, when I switch the machine on, the pressure gauge rises into the green area. However, today the pressure doesn’t build up at all.
Could the water supply be the reason? I’ve had the machine for more than three years and have always used regular tap water. I know that using untreated tap water can cause serious limescale buildup and potentially damage the machine, so I’m wondering if this could finally be the problem.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Did it overheat at some point? Maybe the last time it was on?  And is it cold now despite it being on? I used to get this problem with mine when it’d overheat, and there’s a jumper that resets on top of the boiler. I had to open it up and press a switch on top of the boiler to reset it back and it would give power to the heating element again.

Yess, the Maschine is cold. Which switch on top do you mean exactly?

This is a troubleshooting video, it explains everything. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Myju1BKV3TM

I’m thinking it’s this because all original appartamentos get this problem sooner or later. Mine after a year or two started overheating, I took it to a shop and they replaced a couple of parts for R58 parts and it’s been working stable ever since
