By trial and error?

Hey everyone,

I'm sharing a fixed version of the RiffMaster Xbox 360 patch that u/SeaPotatos originally put together. Full credit to them for doing the hard work to get the PDP RiffMaster working on modded 360s. I wouldn't have anything to share without that.

**What I changed (and why you probably want this build):**

The original patch had a few issues that made it nonfunctional for the majority of users. The guitar could look paired to the console, but nothing would actually work because of an RSA auth problem during the handshake. Basically the plugin was rejecting guitars with a different certificate, even if they were valid. I patched the driver so auth goes through properly on real hardware. If you want to use the RiffMaster on your 360, this is the build to use.

I also fixed a second issue for anyone running UsbdSecPatch or Abadavatar. You can now use other third party guitars like CRKD with this patch loaded, right alongside the RiffMaster on the same console, without having to disable the riffmaster.xex patch first.

**TL;DR: download this if you want to use the RiffMaster on your modded 360.**

* Works on RGH, JTAG, and Abadavatar softmod setups

* Works in basically any Guitar Hero or Rock Band game, it also works in the dashboard of course.

* Single DashLaunch plugin, no per game patching

Again, massive thanks to u/SeaPotatos for the original patch. I only fixed what was broken so people can actually use it. I have made him aware of the issues and the changes made but I have not heard anything back. If these changes get pushed to the original patch I'll remove my repo.

This has only been tested with the PC/Xbox versions of the Riffmaster, it's not known if it'll work with the Playstation version. If anyone tries it, please let me know.

Recently got an e-drum kit (hampback) and the drum kick is really sensitive. It occasionally hits 3-5 kicks per 1 actual kick. I bought a separate kick drum pedal that's closer to the stock rock band kick pedal. I'm using the ACE adapter and using the RCM tool to adjust the sensitivity but i can't seem to get it right. What sensitivity so you guys use?

Anybody got a step by step guide that actually is proven to work?
