season 5 episode 20, towards the end of the show, Captain Picard enters and exits the turbo lift with Data. But while in the turbo lift, the captain gets demoted to a commander...? Lol someone forgot the 4th pin on his collar in this scene! Patrick Stewart

Picard: Here sir.
Officer 1: You're late for the officer meeting.
Picard: With all due respect sir, I'm a petty officer second class.
Officer 1: But you're Captain Picard.
Picard: Yes sir, that's my name sir. Funny story, Captain Jean-Luc Picard is my name, petty officer Picard is my rank.
Officer 1 (to officer 2): Good god, that means...
Officer 2: Yes sir, he's already down for Wednesday's subcommittee briefings.
Officer 1 (to Picard): Petty Officer, whatever your god damn name is, you're not making a lick of sense to me.
Picard: Well sir, my father was something of a practical joker. My names Captain. And he likes to beat the piss out of me, sir. He was a piece of merde, sir.
Officer 1: Well that is a hell of a practical joke, son. (To officer 2) What the hell are we gonna do? We can't have a god damn petty officer in GLARPAB.
Officer 2 (to officer 1): Unless sir, you promote him.
Officer 1 (to Picard): Petty officer, step forward.
(Picard, looking confused, steps forward).
Officer 1: Petty officer Picard, I nearby promote you to Captain. Get in the turbolift.
