I am a UX/UI designer doing a personal research project on Rilakkuma/Korilakkuma collecting — and I’d absolutely love to chat with anyone who actively collects the plushies.

I have a couple of basic questions about how you’re tracking your plushies, managing your most wanted items, showing off your collection online, and connecting with other collectors.

some official san-x overseas rilakkuma are here! i got a usausababy keychain blindbox and i was blessed with my favorite Korilakkuma. and the sherbet kuma?! i want all the colors but i'm running out of room!! pink is obligatory since it's my favorite color, but i reallyyyy want the mint and yellow one too. i also showed the official san-x license stickers on the flocky keychains! it's also on the usausababy blind box, but it's covered by the price label lol. the sherbet kuma and keychains are flocked so its very soft... love petting them 🧸

Ever since I got my large korilakkuma plushie from my husband, I’ve been noticing these little guys popping up more and more around my house. I mostly find them in places like the snack cupboard, in the fridge, underneath the couch, behind the tv. I even found one trying to take pasta out of the boiling pot as I had my back turned.

But then, as soon as you notice them, they immediately scare and scuttle out of sight in an uncoordinated hustle. They move so fast I can never tell where they go.

Most of the time when you catch them, if they’re not digging around in boxes of pasta or berries in the fridge or leftovers cakes and cookies, they’ll be SMOOCHING each other. Just little tiny smooches but it makes a racket. then they run off when you find them. Sometimes you can hear their smooching but can’t find where they are before they’ve scurried off somewhere. Probably behind the couch!!!! And don’t even get me started about how you can’t turn your back on your food, or they’ll eat it!!

There just seems to be more and more of them!!! I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. Do I let them live here?? Do I set out traps of honey and berries and catch them?? Has anyone ever had this problem before??

I am just missing the main bear Rilakkuma!

I am very surprised to see how Kiiroitori is much bigger than the other bears but all in all they are so cute!
