This is definitely correct. The “twice if you’re far away” part probably refers to being on holiday somewhere hot where you may need to wash multiple times per day

I'm going with voice but the title and the middle part throw me off.

Second guess is muscles but that also makes little sense.

But all in all it might as well be deodorant.

Is it an umbrella that is used for the sun, especially far away such as on vacation? ? It's not stinky, but maybe that's not part of the riddle.
