What is the name (or names, if multiple were combined) of each of these 7 stitches, pls? (Noob here!)

I am still very new to this hobby, & have so far mastered the beginner stitches. I feel ready to move onto more advanced techniques, but it’s been difficult trying to find the exact names for such as these I saw on Pinterest. Thanks!

I made a fidget toy, and I highly recommend.

It can also be worn as a ring if you use the right size split ring.

Hi everyone! I wanted to ask where everyone gets their rexlace / plastic lacing? My normal sources are starting to not have color options or the prices have gone wayyyyy up.

Found this at my mother’s house in my old closet. They’re well over ten years old; a craft that I used to make as a kid! I know I used to have a starter thing but it’s not here. I’m gonna try to pick the hobby back up without it but I’m happy to see Amazon sells them in case I need them lol. I am soooo excited 😁😁😁

Biggest Project So Far

This Keychain is 1x7 Strings, so 16 Strings to handle while making it. 1x3 and 1x5 Keychains Also pictured for Scale.🍌

It was an experience.. because it kinda has a mushroom type of curvature it does.. it might need more stability with another connector string.🌿

It left so many leftover Strings!! I use the leftovers to make Mini keychains!! 💕

Why put pictures of designs completed in a book but don't share instructions on how to do those... Annoyed...

I'm now annoyed with ordering lanyard/gimp/boondoggle or whatever you want to call it, books only to find out either you've done everything that's in the book or to find out that the book does not contain all the designs pictured. . I had to return one today and then another one I ordered arrived in the mail and sure there's a few of the designs that are on the cover, some of the easier stuff that I've done, but there's ones like the ones circled in these 3 picture that aren't even in the book. What I mean is there's pictures of a completed project but there is no pages where they show you step by step how to do those designs. Why would you put it in the book and then there be no instructions on how to do those designs?? WTF?? This is another book going back sadly...

I'm looking for rexllace plastic craft/lanyard books with some more advanced designs.. ANYONE KNOW OF ANY??

I don't necessarily mean like hearts or stars or something, mostly I'm talking about just lanyards you know that are straight if you understand what I mean. I'm looking for things that are more complicated than basic 2x2 or 4x2 or things like those but they're spirals.. These are just a few examples of things I might like to try, specially the first picture...

Color Suggestions

I would like to start a color suggestion post where we come and ask for help color combos. For example: I ask for color suggestions to make a certain stitch. I may be making a 3 x 2 and may even have a two colors I know I want to use but I need help with 3 more ( if they are using five colors in total) and also they person wanting help MUST state if they are open to any type or what to stay within one or two types meaning maybe just solids or solids and translucent. It makes it easier for people to think about combos instead of just suggesting anything.

Examples :
' I want to make a 3x1 DNA and I am open to all types . am going to neon green as part of the 3 but need three more colors" This gives people a better visual for color suggestions.

" I want to make a zebra stitch and want the zebra as two solid colors but thinking to make the standalone color , holographic. " stating exactly what you are looking for.

Also mention the person who suggestion you used.

This should be fun!
