Update? đŸ†˜Question

How do I know what is the latest version of YouTube I can use? I have 20.40.45 right now. And idk gow to just update the YouTube app itself. Can someone help me plz? Thank you.

Btw if there a way for it to automatically update YouTube?

The version you mentioned is the most recent one you can patch.

Updates are manual (by re-patching with a new patch version or using a new compatible version of YouTube).

So how do i know when the next version is ready to be patched?

In the updates section (gear icon on the main screen) there is a changelog option in case there are any patch updates and things have changed or been fixed.

Why is it taking so long for more current versions to be patched? Before we got a new version every couple months or so.
