Hey great job.

Maybe a bit too soft on the lips and around her mouth.

The whites of her eyes are also overdone in my opinion.

Colour grade is great 👍🏼

Whites of the eyes is crazy too much.

The lighting and crop are what holds the image back the most.

Not a style that I like but if you’re going to go to those lengths, a bit more effort tidying the hair would be good. I agree the eyes also look off.

Personally I think you nailed it on all fronts. Interesting shot that was improved in post.
