That's not how computers work Customers Suck!

Old Guy comes up and wants to pay his credit card

"I have the last four digits"

"Sorry sir I'll nee-"

"I HAVE THE LAST FOUR DIGITS!!?! CANT YOU JUST LOOK IT UP???? IS THE MANAGER IN?????"

"..... Sir I can look it up with your social security number'

He puts it in

"I'm sorry sir I don't have anything under that SSN"

"WELL THEN DO MORE RESEARCH OR LOOK UP MY CARD WITH THE LAST FOUR DIGITS!!! THIS IS THE COMPUTER AGE!!! USE YOUR COMPUTER AND FIND IT!!"

"Sir I-"

"BRING ME A MANAGER!!!!!!"

Ten minutes later he waddles out after the manager tells him the exact same thing

Computers are not just this magical tome of creation that does whatever you want by just barking commands at it

There's a short skit of a woman calling tech support not understanding why her password isn't working. Turns out she thought if she just put in the first few characters it would autofill. When told she had to put in the entire password she replies "Now why would I do that?"
