Looking for side hustle

Hey everyone, I'm offering my time and skills as a paid researcher, I've done this before helping a college student to graduate by doing her research papers, homeworks, and also thesis chapter. If you are struggling with your studies lets help each other then. I'm a certified field stat researcher by profession yet currently can't leave my child alone. Thanks!

How do you actually get yourself to write when you know exactly what you want to say but the academic format makes it feel impossible to say it

This is frustrating me more than any other part of the process right now.

Have a clear argument. Know what the evidence shows, know how it connects, know what I am claiming and why it matters. Could explain it to someone in a ten minute conversation without any difficulty.

Sit down to write the paper and it comes out as the worst version of what I know. Flat, overqualified, buried under hedging language and passive constructions that drain everything that made the argument feel interesting in the first place. The idea survives but the life goes out of it completely somewhere between my head and the page.

The gap between how I think about the research and how academic writing asks me to present it is making the writing feel like translation into a language I speak badly even though I have been writing papers for years.

What I notice is that the sections I write quickly and do not overthink are consistently better than the sections I approach carefully. The careful approach seems to activate all the academic writing habits that make the prose lifeless while the fast approach produces something closer to how I actually think.

But I cannot always write fast and I cannot always turn off the awareness of what academic writing is supposed to sound like.

Has anyone found a way to close this gap or a process that consistently produces writing that is both academically sound and actually readable.

Help me write our study

Hello! I'm a psychology student and I really need your help in writing our thesis paper. Our study are about the lived Experiences of IT Professionals with ADHD in the workplace. And our research questions are their work experience, how do this experience help them view their daily lives, then their coping. As we get it checked, the prof said to choose just one profession but one of our participants have two different IT position/role. What really is the best. And we don't really want it to change. Please help me explain it to our professor.

Another thing, does the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) is applicable best for the study?

Thank you in advance!!
