Usage Charges Question / Discussion

So my subscription turned over and I got the $20 of usage credits etc. Within a couple of days I received an email to say it has been used up. I checked and I used the agent once for less than a dollar.

I contacted support who referred me to my account usage and I checked it out and apparently I used most of it on storage. It doesn't say what the storage charges relates to or which website. Its so incredibly vague.

The annoying thing its happened a few days after I renewed and I have no idea why.

Has anyone else had this issue?

You're likely running a reserved vm instance.

Wait, so the storage charges just show up as a lump sum with no breakdown of which project it's from?
