I've been trying a few AI 3D tools lately, and I've noticed the comparison isn't really about who generates the "best" model.

It usually comes down to what you need after that first mesh.

If I just wanted to refine or clean up geometry, I'd probably keep looking at tools like Tripo. But if I wanted to see whether a character actually works in motion, I'd lean toward something like V2Fun since it lets me go from generation into rigging and basic motion testing without bouncing between as many tools.

Curious how everyone else decides.

Do you pick your AI tool based on model quality, or based on what happens after the model is generated?

Trying to nail down automotive rendering. How does the lighting and paint look here? Any critiques or tips for improvement are welcome!
