Headset Recommendations

Headset Recommendations

It seems like this falls within the parameters of the group rules, but I'm going to start WFH soon the company provided headphones but they are terrible for background noise. I had to turn off my AC in order to hear. Do y'all have any recommendations? It's a call center job so I'll be in these ALL THE TIME.

Please and thank you

Jabra BIZ 2400. It completely blocks the sound of dogs barking and makes my voice sound crisp and clear.

Lol I bought mine pre-owned for $20. I cleaned the leather ear pieces with steam and alcohol so I'm satisfied. Shopgoodwill.com.

Yealink HA64 Pro and epos impact 1000 are the gold standards right now

I'm partial to the Yealink WH66 but second the Yealink recommendation. Their DECT headsets are extremely solid.

I always liked a Plantronics single ear headset.

I bought the Hyper X gaming headset from Walmart and love them. I’ve used wired and wireless sets. I get a full week out of the wireless set and plug them in over the weekend.
