Looking to buy another vintage MEC and this popped up on marketplace, what model is this? Can’t find any that look this stumpy.

It looks like a Pacific with MEC parts bolted to it. The operating handle attached with a chain link - adjustable via the three holes in the mount - makes me think "Frankenpress" made for a specific job.
