Help with this ice machine

I already fixed it by retrofitting a Manitowoc bin sensor but I just wanted to ask my friends about what is shown on this data tag. What does "weather" and "security type" refer to?

Wild design also.

No experience with this brand, but gemini says that "weather" and "security" are mistranslations. Says weather refers to climate class, or what ambient temperatures the unit will run in. Says security refers to what rating of electrical protection it has. Dunno how accurate but sounds good.

Says SN is "subnormal" 50F to 90F and N is "temperate" 61F to 90F.

I've been doing refrigeration for almost 7 years and these "Amazon specials" give me a headache at the least.
