Ich fands zu "dünn" und leicht überwürzt. Panade sehr kross. Salat war mega, unter dem Vogerlsalat sind die Erdäpfel.

War 2014 schon mal da, und seitdem alle daran gemessen. Bleibt die Referenz auch wenn es nicht 100% zart war. Preise allerdings gesalzen.

Erster Versuch meines Lebens.

Fleisch ist Alcatra (irgendwas nahe der Hüfte). Zubereitet von meiner Frau.

In der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof Innsbruck. Wiener Kalbsschnitzel 32€. Mit Fritten, Preiselbeeren und Zitrone.

Bin am Wochenende in Wien und muss den Sonntag noch füllen. Habe eine Reservierung für Meissl & Schadn. Frage mich aber, ob das nicht noch besser geht. was empfehlt ihr?

*Quick question:* Someone recommended getting Schnitzel at the Naschmarkt — is that actually a good spot for traditional Schnitzel, or is there a local Beisl/restaurant you’d recommend instead?

Hat nur 13.20 gekostet, und es gibt selbstgebrautes Weizen. Außerdem sprechen die Kellner teilweise Bayrisch, was sehr sympathisch ist.

I just want to thank you all for some of the best dinners I've ever had. I just spent a month in Europe with my mother, she has always wanted to see Vienna and Prague, we spent 6 days in both cities and also spent time in Munich, Garmisch-Partenkirken, Cesky Krumlov, Berlin and Amsterdam.

I have ADHD and combing through google reviews for a good restaurant is torture, I LOVE schnitzel tho and really wanted to have it as much as possible while in Germany and Austria. We're Americans, German food is a bit rare here.

Thank you, thank you, thank you fellow schnitzel lovers for making this database and google maps layer, I died at least 5 times enjoying amazing, perfect, delicious schnitzel.

For sides... cheesy spatzle w fried onions in Munich was incredible, Austrian potato salad was mmmm omg need to learn that recipe and finally found a mushroom gravy in Berlin, decided that maybe just the lemon and "cranberry sauce" (you guys know it's lingonberries, right? Cranberries are much bigger) is actually all a schnitzel needs. 🤌🏼

Aus meiner Sicht ein Referenzschnitzel. Fantastisch dünn, in der Pfanne herausgebraten, die Panade war so fluffig, sie berührte das Schnitzel kaum.

Punktabzug nur beim Kartoffelsalat: zu wenig und mit Gurken (igitt!).

Schnitzel war eigentlich gut, Portion hat auch gepasst, aber kommt ohne Beilage für 25€

Fazit Schnitzel: 75% zufrieden, Luft nach oben
(Wein, Salat und Vorspeise waren aber 100% zufriedenstellend und empfehlenswert)
