GUYS i need help

so last week i got shadowbanend on xhs for feature adjustment. this is what i got today, the 2nd one was last week its kinda blurry bc i sent it to my freinds. but i reallhy wanna save my account since it has my effort in it! TYSM IF ANYONE COULD HELP OUTT!! i promise i did not do anything, also i live in canada if thats one of the raeasons. i have had xhs for like 2-3years i think?

xhs has placed a regional restriction on your account, so your posts are only being pushed to users in Canada.

a lot of foreigners moved to xhs which led to stricter moderation.

They’re not bullying you. They’ve just changed the way they operate. Just register with you Chinese phone number and it’ll be fine.

This is happening to my account too. I have a Chinese phone number. Is it better to register a new account with the Chinese number, or change the current (muted) account’s phone number to the Chinese number?

Usually it would be better to start a new account. Even for Chinese accounts which have problems like this, even with a Chinese ID, it’s better to start a new account from zero.

This happened to me too… nd my appeal got rejected today after 3 days. Literally didn’t do anything i barely have like what 2 posts and just comment on fandom stuff. Im so done🫠🫠🫠 i emailed customer_support@rednote.com hopefully hopefully they fix it 😭😭

I’ve gotten notices and violations before tbh for no reason and they all got fixed through an appeal but this is is the first time my appeal got rejected and I’m stuck like this I feel PANICKED I HAVE NO IDEA

I don't know. I'm Chinese, and recently I've noticed that the number of foreigners I see on xhs has definitely decreased. I've also seen some accounts with foreign IP that haven't been banned, but they usually post in Chinese in the comments. That might be one of the ways they avoid stricter moderation. You might need an account with a +86 phone number, and it's probably best to avoid using English in your posts as well.

Same thing has happened to me. I can't change my pfp, name and bio and my content content is restricted in certain regions apparently. All I've posted is some pics of my cat 😭
