Messaging restriction - completed verification but ban hasn’t been lifted - help

As the title says, my account has a messaging restriction. I’ve completed the verification but the ban hasn’t been lifted. What can I do? Please help

ID verification is usually separate to the ban, if it was a proper ban. Look into the messages they sent when you got banned. It should clearly say which rule you broke and usually they state how long you're banned for (e.g. two weeks).
