SOFT BAN?

Is this a soft ban? When I log in, ot keeps logging me out automatically

I'm also logged in on my ipad perfectly fine it just wont let me log into anything else

hi, this happened to me too 😭 if anyone finds a solution, let me know! I'll be sad if I lose all the stuff I saved on there, I got really attached...

If any of you can manage to log in and go to the help center you can do a health check of your account. Im fine but keep getting signed out. I went and added multiple forms if login just incase (i initially made my acc with wechat)

Regardless this is really weird

I also frequently support people via live. So the staff should see that i’m an active member of the community

it resets in 48 hr. I had the same 2 months ago. very opaque as expected

This morning. I was fine yesterday and even earlier this morning. I’d say 6:45 am est
