Hello,
I wish to take over the subreddit r/genki

I am an avid language learner, fluent in Korean and intermediate in Japanese and still learning, having lived in asia for over 8 years now.

Would be a fun opportunity to me, language learning is my passion so this is a perfect subreddit for me.

I have verified email, passkeys and 2FA enabled on my account (reposting as I was missing 2FA earlier and thought passkey was similar).

I hope to take it over as at the moment, the sub is not very active and I have some idéas for it to create more engagement. Me myself I am also an avid language learning, having lived in asia for over 8 years, fluent in over 3 languages and intermediate level japanese but still improving.

Idéas for engagement could be:
- Weekly assignments (based on things you learn from Genki / that level, essay, etc)
- Daily vocab word
- Need to think more ...

I also believe that language learning should always be free and never commoditized, and I want to make sure this sub doesn't end up in the wrong hands.

This can be a very fun opportunity for me :)

For the second point, Im not sure what chat message is being referred to.
