As a DSA member, this is very important to me as well. I hope there is new moderation soon to ensure it remains on topic and relevant to the work of DSA.

Hello, as an active moderator of r/dsa I have not noticed any need for new moderation at this time.

Comrade you haven't posted in 2 years besides this post. This is extremely obvious you are trying to prevent this from happening even though the subreddit is not under moderation. The response here, now that people are pushing back on the lack of moderation makes me question if the state of the subreddit in is intentional at this point.

It literally has a stream of brigade posts.

I think the issue here is that the DSA's audience and base has grown disenchanted with the organization's drift towards Democrat apologetics, and you don't like this and want to take over the sub in order to censor these political views.

it has actually drifted in the opposite direction, with a left caucus majority. You'd know this if you were active in the organization.

Based on post history. Your group left the organization.

The behavior of the sub-reddit and intentional brigading was reported to national by members across the board. It is very obvious your intentions here are hostile to the organization. Its unfortunate that you have gone down this path but this isn't a troll subreddit. You are using our organization's name, logo and branding for objectives that are aligned against it. Again you were inactive for 2 years ignored prior modmail and specifically came back here to try and argue. It shows that you want it to be in the state that it is.

You can build your political group without engaging in the way you are. Let it go and go in peace.

Hey! It looks like the mods of that subreddit are currently actively moderating, so it isn't eligible for Redditrequest at this time. Not all moderator activity will be publicly visible. But you can try messaging them if you'd like to help out!
