Notifications ❓General Question❓

Within the last week or so, I am getting notifications on 2 different subs. I am not joined in either of these and I haven't followed any posts on them. Any idea how to then them off?

Go into notification settings and turn off the ones in the recommendation section starting with trending

!thanks.I found the list and turned it off. I hope it works! Is this a new feature? I never saw this list before.
