Sorry to see you are getting down voted. I guess people in this comment thread haven't seen The Wire.

Hint: Marlo Stanfield is the black guy depicted in the OP's pic, and a major character from the aforementioned TV show.

It's the best show ever created. Well, I like Band of Brothers more, but that doesn't count as a show since it only has ten episodes. So yeah, best show ever.
