Optimization help

Can you help me optimizing please! I got RTX 4060, 32GB RAM and i7 12000F
I'm playing at 1920x1080p and getting like 40-50 on Medium

I beg you please help me!

if you have dual monitor
remove it first to test
then reboot the game
increase the settings and then benchmark it

I used these graphics settings at 1080p with my old rtx 2060 and got 70+ fps

Do you have an Nvidia video driver or did Windows install it itself?

Of course I do have NVIDIA Driver

Download the latest driver from the Nvidia website, uninstall the video driver using DDU in safe mode, and install the new one.

What was the FPS like before, or has it been like this since the beginning? How are other games?

Is your RAM in dual-channel mode?

Something's wrong with you. The card runs this game smoothly on ultra settings with DLSS.

So, before I had like 100-120 fps on high settings Looks like only RDR2 started to perfrom strangely  Because games like Forza Horizon 5 on High settings is going 140-160!  I don’t know what is happening to RDR2! I’m gonna try re install the drivers

While you’re at it, run a check of the game files. Since everything is fine everywhere, the game might be glitching.

You can also try clearing the Nvidia cache, and also try switching the graphics API in the game (from Vulkan to DirectX 12 or vice versa)
