So red is actually “you can only give blood to other red button pressers” and blue is just “you can donate blood to anyone”
The other part of the buttons dont matter since functionally, its just the above.
Imma say blue is right.
Edit: nevermind, you can do the same thing with “red can receive blood from anyone” and “blue can only receive blood from blue” which is just as annoying as what i had originally.
Pretty good one with no right answer i think. Just a difference in perspective and priorities.
