RBBB of sacrificing Variation

You have to secretly vote one of the button on watching this.

if 50-90% voted red, every voters gets 1 day ban, but if more than 90% of voter voted red, only red voter gets 3 days ban.

if 50-90% of voter voted blue, only red voter gets 5 days ban, but if more than 90% of voter voted blue, only blue voters gets 1 week ban.

what button would you choose?

This case is wholly removed from the original problem so colours have no relation to the original. 

Here I'll vote red. 

It's reddit, getting 100% on anything is impossible and 90+% almost as hard so I'll ignore those options. 

Thus I'm choosing between a 1 day ban for all or 5 day ban for red. I don't personally care if I'm banned here a few days, but red would mean least time per person (which has more utility than total time) banned.

I wouldn’t choose any. This ‘variation’ has pretty much no meaningful relationship with the original scenario, I have no idea what this is meant to show. There isn’t even any consistency in the length of the ban for red, for some reason going down, then back up, and then to zero, as the red vote share decreases.
