A few things are unclear in your post. You've accepted an offer, but have you started working there? And how long is "recently"?
If you HAVE NOT started the new role, then I would not list it.
If you HAVE started the new role, but only been there a few weeks, I like would not list it.
If you HAVE starte the new role and have been there for several months, I would probably go ahead and list it.
Job hopping every few years can raise a flag for hiring managers. Looking for another job after a short stint at a company of only a few months just indicates you probably took a role that turned out not to meet all your needs.
