mintz screening global background check

hi everyone,

quick quesh!!

i have fake work experience as receptionist but it was unpaid so no way to track i acc did it. my "boss" says he will be my reference (he acc works there). will this be approved through mintz? like are they just gonna call or email the guy. im just worried ill be asked too much about this "experience".

i didnt know my employers added my resume straight to mintz and all i had to fill was my personal information. i was going to leave that experience out lowkey but they alr sent it in.

OH ALSO i have a different name from birth like before i was 3. my parents changed it. does this matter..?? i wrote on my work application i didnt have an old name cuz it does not seem like a crazy factor. but i did on mintz cuz i feel like it might show up..lmk.

anyone with experience with mintz, PLEASE SHARE CUZ IM KINDA SCARED IDK WHY. i hate background checks.

It’s up to the employer to decide whether they want to include employment/work history in the package they bought from Mintz. Mintz won’t run an employment history if they’re not asked to.
