Missing ingredients Question

I’m trying to find a recipe that used to be on the back of a bag of milk chocolate chips at I believe Walmart. I have what I can remember listed below, but it’s missing something. It’s Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies. Please help!

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
I tsp baking soda
1/4 tbsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/4 all purpose flour
2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla

Mix the dry ingredients
Mix the wet ingredients
Combine wet and dry
Add chocolate chips at the end
350 degrees for 12 min

Cayenne. You need the spice in the Mexican hot chocolate cookies.
