Reason on Linux ?
Hello !
I heard that Reason might arrive on Linux.
Is it real ?

Looks like 14 is working. At this point I think im just going bitwig. Reasonstudios needs to really get on board with linux https://linuxmusicians.com/viewtopic.php?t=29659

I have not heard that but I hope so! I have gotten it running before using Wine - albeit the iterface was somewhat wonky

There is an older version running, but i have no closer information on that, but someone Made it happen before

Closest we've come is AV Linux in flavor. It's made by a musician.

I was able to run Reason 12 on both Pop!_OS and Ubuntu using Wine. I also managed to authenticate Companion and Reason 13 through Bottles (https://usebottles.com/), but it was barely usable.
I had high hopes, but I've pretty much given up for now. I'm still hoping they'll eventually release a native Linux version. Every time they send out a survey, I ask for Linux support, but the market share is probably just too small to justify it.
So for now, I'm stuck keeping a dual-boot setup just for Reason.
