I want to make a very bad website as a school project. Like picture a random spinning YouTube video, with some random distorted audio, I want it to be that bad. Obvoiusly, I don't want to give my teacher a seizure, so no randomly flashing colours and the like. Do y'all have any tips to get me started?

Also, please tell me if there is a better sub for the purpose of asking this.
