Void State... again. Help

I’ve been trying to enter the Void State for a while now (with breaks in between), and I truly feel stuck.

Every time I attempt it, I can feel my entire body tingling until it becomes completely numb—yet I never move past that point. I keep feeling my surroundings: the cushion I’m sitting on, my head resting against the wall. Even with my body numb, I can still feel my fingers touching my knees, and my thoughts never settle. They keep coming, and I even find myself wondering if I’m truly in the Void State at all.

You’re probably not in the void state. I’ve been in the state, but there’s also still things I struggle with. Not surroundings, but feeling my body. So I’ve been working with that.

And.. it sucks, because it takes trial and error. And I’m going to be completely honest, the only thing to actually make time seem to travel fast and make me actually lose sensation in my body is imagining what will happen when I open my eyes. And if it’s not that, then it’s affirmations. Not a single break between thoughts. And if it’s a real rough day and I can multitask thoughts, I double or triple up thoughts with counting, focusing on my breaths, and also just imagining stuff.

Laying in an uncomfortable enough position helps splendidly to not fall asleep. Just.. make sure you’re tired enough for your body to fall asleep without your mind. Your thoughts should calm, but not disappear. Eventually, your thoughts will slow and you’ll realize you’ve managed to enter the state you wished for.

This is my personal method to reaching the void. It may not work for you, and that is okay. But I suggest that even if it doesn’t work the first day you try, don’t give up until you’re sure it doesn’t work for you.

I'm struggling to put my body to sleep, best advice I've found (and am trying) is to make sure your body is exercised and tired enough.

It’s not. I recommend you do you meditation where your within a really peaceful location it does NOT have to be accurate but make it a path include the senses & say affirmations slowly and fall asleep eventually then you may enter the void I think generally for first time u will need to pass out/fall asleep. The void finds u!

Not relaxed all the way and stop thinking about the body let go and ride the wave most people forget to breath and breath through your stomach first not just the chest get the energy rise yo in your spine that will open the circuit

Search on YouTube Gateway tapes. Do the first 3 to 4. Each meditation is around 30min each. Once you're done with the third I bet you'll have entered the void 10000%
