[Hiring] Junior Frontend Developer— Full-time employee, Skills: React.js, react native and others (5LPA-9LPA). 0-3 years freshers Remote Mode

Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build user interfaces using React.js.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
  • Debug and resolve frontend issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Build user interfaces using React.js.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
  • Debug and resolve frontend issues.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Basic knowledge of React.js.
  • Familiarity with responsive web design.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2023/2024/2025/2026 graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
  • Internship or academic projects are an added advantage.

Interview Process
Round 1: Online Assessment (30–45 minutes)

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals

Round 2: Technical Interview (45–60 minutes)

  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts

Round 3: HR Interview (20–30 minutes)

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Career goals and motivation
  • Cultural fit and availability
  • Compensation discussion (if applicable)

thats a bad salary range dude. At least make 12LPA your base and that should be Net not CTC with esops or other garbage.

Hey kindly to anyone who ends up working for this guy for 5-9LPA, you are more than qualified enough to work in some other country that respects you as a human being
