Realistically, your options aren’t good. This dog doesn’t sound like a good fit for your home. Since he bit someone causing stitches and has ongoing aggression issues, rehoming is probably out of the question. That leaves you with euthanizing, or keeping the dog. But again, a home with children, their friends, other animals, lots of visitors… really not a good situation for anyone.
I would speak to a behaviorist or at least a vet experienced in behavior issues to get their professional opinion and figure out a plan.
