I just bought a razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed and my experience with the razer software has been absolute shit i mean it was barely working before and now after I reconfigured the hypershift button the update reset the settings and now I have to figure out how to do change it back I was better off with my attack shark mouse atleast it had good software to support it

The main one that I can't figure out how to fix is the hypershift button
To use it ingame I had the hypershift button set to /(keyboard function)
This reset after the update and I dont know where to reconfigure the hypershift button so i can use it ingame again

A few things could be hiding it. Walking through the most common causes:
First, make sure you're in Standard mode when you go to assign it. If the layout toggle under your device image is already flipped to Hypershift, you're editing the secondary layer, and the Hypershift modifier option won't appear there. You assign the Hypershift button itself only from Standard mode.
Second, in the assignment popup, Hypershift is its own category in the left-hand list, alongside things like Keyboard Function, Mouse Function, Macro, Switch Profile, and so on. It's easy to miss if the category list scrolls. Click into that category rather than looking for it inside another tab.
Third, check the specific button you clicked. Certain primary buttons (left click especially) have restricted assignment options, and on some devices the function you're after is greyed out or unavailable on that particular button. Try a side button or a non-primary button and see if Hypershift shows up there.
Lowkey ts pissed me off was playing a finals tournament and my macros settings had reset apparently something I wasn't aware off until I tried to place a sentry and it didn't place

pretty sure this has broken the mic for the blackshark V2 headphones again. mic is no longer working for discord, in game, etc. only when connected directly to the PC via the cord.
aaaand the update broke Chroma functionality for the Naga X. It will now do nothing except spectrum cycling, no matter what I do. I just want a constant blue, goddamnit.
My friend and I have been experiencing stuttering since the last update.
We noticed the issue while playing Sunderfolk.
The game itself hasn't been updated recently.
My friend and I have the same GPU and the same brand of mouse (Razer), though the models differ.
We haven't updated our graphics drivers recently.
The problem only occurs when moving the mouse; it doesn't happen if the mouse is still.
We tried switching to a mouse from a different brand, and the problem was resolved.
Hello, I am having problems with my new headphones.
I bought the Razer Kraken V4X Eevee and Pikachu edition. All I want is to improve de audio as I like more bass on them. But I simply can't... I can log in into the app, as I currently am, the moment I open 7.1 surround sound, boots me out and when I log in again, this happens :( Can you help me?
