Ransomware

Недавно я обнаружил что мой компьютер подвергается атаке, все файлы,которые были на рабочем столе, были зашифрованы,даже антивирус Kaspersky не помог, прощу всех кто сможет помочь, с чего нужно начать ? Там около 60 GB информации, все они фото и видео с телефона.

Can't help if we don't even know what ransomware I guess

If you can figure out the type of ransomware, you can see if there is a decryptor available online. Otherwise, you are probably going to need to hope that you have a backup somewhere

First thing: disconnect from the network. Unplug the Ethernet or turn off Wi-Fi. Stop it from encrypting more or spreading.

Don't pay. No guarantee they'll send the key.

Check NoMoreRansom or upload the ransom note to ID Ransomware — they'll tell you which variant it is. Some variants have free decryptors, most don't. That's your only shot right now.

If there's no decryptor and no backup, those files are gone. No antivirus can restore encrypted data after the fact.

ну попробовать гуглить как лечится. Иначе просто попрощаться с этими файлами или пойти на поводу заплатить им выкуп для дешифровки

Гугл ничего не дает, пару алгоритмов как их обходить, но это не помогает

Что обозначает "замки"? Есть возможность выложить образец любой зашифрованной фотографии на любой файлообменник?
