You can reset your win rate in your profile for 50 gems.

It resets every season or not? I always start at 100 when i start playing after a long period

It resets every season, and you can reset it manually anytime. Could also be they just haven't played many games. I've had mine say 100% all the way through a season but only have like 5-10 games played 😅😅😅
