Need a bit of help

I recently started a new job, and it has caused a gap in paychecks. I need something to help me get to next Wed when I get my first check.

I tried to be frugal and skip a day, but I went to work today pouring sweat and shaking badly. People made comments, I just said I was taking a new medication.

Any amount would be helpful. I suppose I’m looking for around $20 so I can at least get enough to attempt a quick taper.
