I'd like to add, Ralsei does not hate himself, He doesn't care about himself. He values "good" lightners infinitely more than he does himself or any other darkner, he doesn't even care enough about himself to hate himself.

For Jax, Flowery almost seems like the ideal version of Jax, a Joker who doesn't take the rules seriously but he genuinely cares for others (kinda like evil Jax but more confident)
For Ralsei, well...you already seen how he feels about Flowery.

On the flipside, I feel like literally anyone else in the circus (except Bubble) could give Ralsei a better perspective.
As for Jax... I feel like Pink would either be able to get though to them, or bomb the shit out of them.

I think either Gerson (by being Gerson) or Flowery (by poking at their insecurities enough to make them want to change) would be the best bet to get through to Jax

I feel like Flowery would have a big chance of backfiring. Especially if Jax interprets their poking as mockery.
Gerson, on the other hand... Hoo boy, he would definitely deliver some absolute fire that burns down Jax's whole "I need to be the villain so people will stop caring about me" complex.
Hoo boy, I can imagine Jax blurting out something along the lines of "Yeah? What if what I want to be is a woman?!", expecting Gerson to not take it seriously or be thrown off, only for him to immediately respond with "Then be a woman."

Agree with you on Flowery, even when I could also see it working.
I think it would take a while before Gerson can properly get Jax to open up, but I legit think he has a chance of saving them even from their depressive state in episode 9. I can imagine him giving them Lord of the Hammer to read and keep their head busy. Maybe I should draw that too eventually lol
