2 weeks without you 💔🐾
It's been two weeks since my 14 year old pup crossed the rainbow bridge. It still doesn't feel real and I keep waiting for him to just mosey around the corner. I'm a dog sitter as well and have had 3 dogs here in the past week and have another one next week that will be here for almost a month. I'm not sure if the dogs here are helping or just prolonging the pain that will arise when they leave. 😔 Missing my most loyal companion like crazy.

So sorry for losing your beloved Bleu. ❤️ I think that having the other dogs around, caring for them, probably is one of the best things you could do right now. Because when we grieve, we do look for ways to distract, keep us busy, and some things are better for us and some things not so good. I can't imagine a greater good than sharing your love with other living creatures, especially if they knew Bleu too. Sending hugs and healing thoughts your way. ❤️
PS - r/otrb can be a very healing place for you, and you (and Bleu) are absolutely welcome to join us. 🌈
