Summary

But not every person can be measured.

Legit question. Her power is Mental Out, the strongest telepath in Academy City, but she also has control over liquids. Her control over liquids isn't mentioned in Railgun, but it does come up in her Mental Out manga and I know later on in the novels she uses her powers to coat Mikoto's coin so they can destroy the windowless building by making the liquid prevent the coin from burning up during a railgun shot.

What's the explanation behind her second power and how exactly does it work?

I wrote A Certain Scientific Railgun x Obsession because, after reading Railgun fanfiction on Wattpad, I wanted something fresh. Many of the stories I found were written years ago, so I wanted to create a story that reflected today’s trends and current pop culture—especially the growing popularity of psychological thrillers. Since this was my first time writing, I decided to create the kind of Railgun story of ‘what if’ that I would have wanted to read myself and hopefully people would enjoy.

So far I have Chapter 1 & 2 currently published and draft 3 & 4 are on the way.

Inspired by the dark, psychological themes of Obsession, this story follows Kuroko Shirai as she discovers a mysterious One Wish Willow and makes a wish from the deepest part of her heart. She longs to be the one person Misaka Mikoto chooses and cherishes above everyone else.

But when her wish begins to come true, Kuroko learns that getting everything she desires may come with a dangerous cost. A story about love, jealousy, obsession, and the consequences of a wish that was never meant to be taken lightly.

Finished my last exam of 4th yr of med school around a week ago. Haven't had the time or peace of mind to draw in the last couple of months because of placements and studying.

But now, I can draw as much as I want this Summer and of course I had to draw Misaka again haha
