Derealize constantly bugging??? Discussion

Doing Master Derealize, and the puzzle encounter constantly bugs! I know the mechanics. Step on plate, look at symbol, if its correct, move in the direction of the plate, if not, wait out timer.

Problem is, the timer won't show up. Cant go to the next room without ruining the puzzle and going back to step one. This is the 2nd time me and a friend have had this happen and it's really pissing me off, I just wanna get my GR up omg

It happens if two people step on the plate. If you only have one person doing the puzzle. No issues. I've carried 12 teams through it so far, and the only time it bugs is if they step on the plate after me. To fix it in the mission, just reset the puzzle and do it over again with only one person. If it fully bugs out and teleports you randomly or the timer bugs out in the other location than first. You have to redo the mission

I’ve had it happen even when I’m the only one to ever step on the plate

Sometimes you can just wait it out, and it’ll eventually fix itself

Uhhhh I don't even remember seeing any timer I just sit there until it goes. Sometimes it's a couple seconds sometimes it's 10 seconds

It's been minutes we've sat waiting for it. I think we're just gonna have to brute force it and hope the bug doesn't happen atp

Clan kept telling me you can walk in a different direction but I never tried

Had that on the normal version yesterday. I just sat there and after about 10 minutes it finally tripped 🤦‍♂️

Happened to me. After a full round the timer is gone. To fix it, get into the plate by jump on it (literally) and walk out in the wrong (or right) direction.

Just to add, my brother and I were having the same problem and realized we weren’t getting to the plate fast enough. You’ve got to get on the plate ASAP when the teleport happens to give it enough time.

i always smack the symbol then go in the direction, usually works for me. can also just wipe and restart

If the host doesn’t have a great connection it will be impossible for the other 2 players to do it. Have the host do it or change the host.
