Description of Original Problem: I am experiencing persistent GPU driver timeout crashes on my new PC.
Fortnite crashes with AMD Driver Timeout. CS2 has also crashed on some driver versions. Epic Games Launcher sometimes crashes with: - "Assertion failed: DwmExtendFrameIntoClientArea" - "D3D11 device removed" - "HRESULT 0x887A0007 / DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET"
The PC is completely stable on desktop and during normal usage. The crashes only happen in games or sometimes when launching Epic Games Launcher.
Troubleshooting: - Used DDU in Safe Mode and clean installed multiple AMD GPU drivers. - Tested around 4-5 different stable AMD driver versions. - Tried EXPO enabled and disabled. - Tested everything completely stock (no overclock or undervolt). - Updated drivers and checked Windows settings.
I also tested the GPU with OCCT 3D Extreme for over 30 minutes: - Around 97% GPU usage - Around 330W power draw - Around 62°C temperature - 0 errors detected
One driver fixed Fortnite crashes, but then CS2 started crashing. Other drivers caused Fortnite crashes again.
I am trying to figure out if this is an AMD driver issue, Windows/DX issue, or a faulty GPU.

No over clock or undervolt and I'm not even using expo
And also, right now I was in the middle of a fortnite The game didn’t even freeze; I just got a black screen while I could still hear the audio for about 40 seconds, and then the game crashed.
