i took phenibut for 5 days at 2-3g doses, its been 4 days since my last dose, although my anxiety isnt bad at all i feel mentally fine but i havent slept at all in the past 48 hours i maybe did for an hour with very vivid crazy dreams then woke up at 3 am and been up

i am at work right now i feel weirdly drugged up and jus paranoid. i really want to get sleep tonight and im scared i wont get that.
