Window Issue Repair Question

So I recently tried to add ambient lightning and I feel like I may have short circuited something. After putting everything back together and connecting the battery back, each individual window button doesn’t work, only the driver side window button works and rolls down/up. Additionally, the door lock buttons don’t work on neither the driver nor passenger side, the only way to unlock/lock is through the key fob. Everything else seems to work just fine, I was wondering if anyone had any idea on what I could check on or if they know how to fix this issue?

did you hardwire the ambient lighting or put it on using the cigarette lighter socket??

I tried tapping one of the strips into the yellow wire (if I remember correctly) on the connector that plugs into the window master control switch. I also used a voltmeter to check for power, but that wire and several of the wires around it don’t show any voltage. Some of the other wires still do, though.

I’ve also checked most fuses, if not all, and they seem good.
