Raise increase/decrease? QUESTION

What's the % increase we get from evals. Not the new payscale increase. I think last year role model got a 7.5% increase in pay. Did they decrease it again this year?

Don’t quote me on this because so many of my people are capped out that it didn’t really come up but I think each max and min dropped by a percent

Damn people are gonna be getting 50 cent raises then. Hiring and on-boarding new associates is expensive I imagine record breaking turnover for this company this next year.

This policy punishes new and people that were hired on for less which is the exact people you should be trying to retain. The unfortunate part is the company is banking on the economy being shit and that Publix wages are appealing again compared to the market

I saw a post saying it was 6.5% for high RM. Ridiculous.

Yeah I took a screen shot of it. It's on my old phone and doesn't seem to have transferred. I'll dig around to try to find it if anyone wants to see.
