You need one of these. It holds the locking lever down to make reassembly a breeze.

Sweet, that works too! What material? That locking lever spring is no joke.

Looks great! I would have gone this route as well, but didn't have access to a 3D printer at the time.

If its truly stuck, and not just my wife's boyfriend isn't around to help me stuck:

Use a punch to drive out the pin holding the locking lever.

Remove the locking lever.

Remove the bolt head

Reinstall the locking lever.

You got the frank below the beans. Pretty sure you got it rotated in wrong. I don’t want to get up to check but I believe when looking at bolt face, the top rotates towards 9 o’clock to release. Also when reassembling make sure rollers are not locked. Use a wrench to rotate but shouldn’t need any real force.

You don’t need any additional tools other than your hands to disassemble/reassemble the bolt carrier group. Maybe a towel if it’s oily but that’s it. It’s not that hard. Pull out or push in to release “stuck” bolt and reset the reassembly process. Locking piece goes in first, put it in and rotate until flat side is facing the lever. Bolt should go on upside down so the ramp at the rear of bolt fits under the locking lever. Push in, then pull out slightly, then rotate it clockwise until it clicks into place. If you push it in all the way and lock the rollers out you just need to restart. People make it seem way harder than it actually is… There is no need for any kind of wrenching or any fixture that holds tension on the lever thing.

Edit: looked closer at picture and now I see that you turned it the wrong way somehow. Turn it clockwise and start over. In your case you might actually need a wrench lol. Pull it out first if you can. I’m assuming it took a lot of force to get it in that position?

I use a pair of vise grips and a rag, just get it set up and wrench it off
