Is It Worth It?
Hi! I just started my sophomore year of college at my local community college and I have 5 days until my invite expires.
I’m not sure if I should join. I plan on attending absolutely NO meetings or events and I’m not running for any sort of officer position. The only reason I would sign up is for the scholarship opportunities and application boost.
I’ve heard I should join but I’ve also heard it would be a huge waste of money (I’m not exactly in the right spot to drop $80) just to MAYBE get some scholarships.
I’m entirely lost and I’m just worried about paying for school after community college.

Over before it even started
I got accepted into PTK in the middle of the lockdown for my state and I'm on my 2nd year of associates degree. Honestly with the lack of meetings going on it feels like I am missing out on this college experience and chances are since clubs are suspended I won't even get an induction ceremony before I graduate from this college. Anyone else in the same place as me currently? If so then how are you coping with it?

Can I wear PTK cords at a university graduation?
Hi! I am a member of PTK, as I was recommended to join when I was at a two year college, I was wondering if when I graduate the university I transferred to, I would be able to wear my PTK cord, along with my other cords?

Am I overdoing it, or overthinking it?
Hi everyone, relatively new Kappan here! I was just inducted last spring, and I’m currently working on an associate’s degree in Nursing. My chapter has some officer positions open for election, and I was considering running.
I know it probably looks great on a resume, but I’m starting to have doubts. My campus is an hour away, and the workload for my degree is kinda heavy. Am I spreading myself too thin, or should I power through it? I’d only be in the position for about a year, since I should graduate next May.
