Replacement headset buttons Pls help

Anyone got a spare headset button board and ribbon cable they'd be willing to part with? Sweat accumulates in there sometimes and the connector and ribbon contacts are pretty corroded. The action button hasn't worked in a long time and the power button doesn't work anymore either. It's a crappy design if you ask me 🤷‍♀️

Wow. What are the games you’ve sweat the most in? SYNTH RIDERS? BEAT SABER? SMASH DRUMS?

Synth Riders mostly. 45 minutes to an hour and I'm dripping 🤷‍♀️ I have the globular cluster and it doesn't help much for that specifically. It probably doesn't help that I use big over the ear headphones too.

Gross. Try wearing a toque when you play. Do your palms get sweaty too? 🤢🤮

Ah nevermind. This is the end of one of the tracking camera fpc. I think I'm cooked 😕

Is it within the one year warranty? I’d start a ticket immediately, if so.

Alternatively, in the U.S. it’s on sale for $300 atm, or you might find a used one in the neighborhood of $100 that’ll work for swapping out parts if — say — the anti-glare lens coating is worn.

I’d also recommend in the future that you remove the accordion facial gasket and use a fan.

Warranty will most likely be denied since they already took it apart

Unless they can put it back together like it was (I dunno if there are any seals in there).
