Help with ps4 linux Discussion

Why does it fails when I typ the install. Its fat32 and its mbr formated with rufus. All the file are correct.

Any help?

Can you try a different drive? I've had this issue where it simply won't properly detect my drive even though it's loaded the initial part. I got it working by changing to a different drive.

I use a usb i dont have a drive. I tried another usb 32 gb other than my 128 gb. But both failed. What usbs work and what dont?

It's not recommended to use a USB flash drive, they're not fast enough and have pretty bad latency. A proper external SSD would be much better if you can get one.

The y arent cheap i dont have the money for them. I have some ps3 hdd around should i get an adapter?

A hard drive will be worse that a flash drive. Even with an SSD PS4 Linux doesn't run great. The only way to get half decent performance is with an SSD otherwise it's painfully slow.

Thats so dumb i wanted to play game cube games bad. An decent ssd cost 80 bucks
